On behalf of the good people of Pax Christi Parish, I'd like to welcome you to our website and our faith community. I am the pastor, Fr. Joe Fogal who shares the mission of Jesus with a talented and caring staff. Our parish has a history of social justice ministry and outreach to the poor. Our liturgies strive to proclaim the Word and sing loud the praise of God. We are especially blessed by our faith formation, youth and young adult ministry which attract many to our programs. We are also fortunate to be part of the Rochester Area Catholic Schools K-12 system. Please browse our site and see what we have to offer you. I'd like to invite you to pray, sing and celebrate with us and experience Christ alive in this community and in your life. Thanks for checking us out! Fr. Joe.

"Mary, having completed the course of her earthly life, was assumed body and soul into heavenly glory." The Assumption is one of three Holy Days of Obligation in which we honor Mary. The other two are 1/1 - Mary, Mother of God and 12/8 - the Immaculate Conception.
The Pax Christi Knights of Columbus council #14145 is a community of more than 90 Catholic men from Pax Christi parish who are committed to grow in faith together through fellowship, prayer and volunteer efforts. We focus on supporting our parish, the youth and many other ministries of Pax Christi and throughout Rochester. We are also a part of the worldwide Knights of Columbus organization that was established in 1882 by Fr. Michael McGivney in New Haven, Connecticut. Should you have questions or would like to ask how to join the Knights of Columbus, please contact Jim Lundholm at 288-1583 or Ken Linn at 287-1095.
With our Pax Christi Knights of Columbus annual Tootsie Roll Drive, we raised money for the several programs that help the Special Olympics here in Rochester and for the state of Minnesota. Our efforts this year netted $2895.97 for Special Olympics. A great job again by all that helped at the three stores and after mass this past weekend.
A special word of thanks to those that help at Hy-Vee during the rain. It always seems that one of the three days during the Tootsie Roll weekend has rain. was that day this year. Maybe we can get some rain coats next year.
Again thanks to everyone that help that past weekend, many people will benefit from our work
